OP

Outpatient Program (OP) for adolescents/adults. Our Transitional Housing Program is 6 – 12 months or based on the needs of the client with substance abuse and behavioral health problems. Individuals in this program will receive intensive Outpatient Treatment for Substance Abuse that includes individual counseling, group counseling, mental health therapy, case management, 2 meals per day, personal hygiene, clothes, medication assistance, and help with affordable housing.
